T-Systems MMS wishes you

Merry Christmas

In whatever way you come together at Christmas time - we wish you and your loved ones a reflective holiday season and a good start into 2022.

As a small thank you for your trust and good cooperation, we have something special for you this year. We have decided upon a sustainable Christmas greeting.

  • Ralf Pechmann, Executive Director | T-Systems MMS

"Attitude is a valuable asset these days. Knowing where we stand in the vortex of the climate crisis, social and political developments and technological progress - in order to give others orientation and be a role model.
    Together. Responsibly. Showing attitude."

  • Marcus Gaube, Executive Director | T-Systems MMS

"At T-Systems MMS, we know what matters to us. We don't leave tomorrow to others. Or even to chance. We are actively shaping the future and are passionate about supporting our customers on their journey through digital transformation. It makes us proud to see how we take responsibility together. And not just in the area of innovation."

About our Christmas campaign

For every Christmas card sent, a tree is planted in the forest of Zambia. In total, 5,000 trees will grow with our Christmas greetings. The campaign was launched by the market research institute GreenAdz in cooperation with the organization WeForest. In this way, not only is the African forest growing, but we are also sending a positive signal against climate change. Because each tree binds about half a ton of CO2 in the course of its life.
In total, the 5,000 trees will compensate for about 50,000 kg of CO2 per year (according to our partner GreenAdz).

This corresponds to...

  • the weight of 334 Santa Clauses

  • the amount needed to boil 7,120 cups of punch

  • 52,5 trillion soap bubbles in which all our dreams and desires are blown up

  • 11,461 kWh, which is enough to drive an electric sleigh around the world almost 2 times

More information about our project partners

WeForest is an international non-profit organization based in Belgium and France that specializes in engaging companies for climate, the planet and people.

Companies fund tree planting and get involved through carbon offset schemes and creative impact marketing campaigns. Their goal is to restore or preserve over 100 million trees - the equivalent of about 85 hectares - by the end of 2024, making a significant contribution to ecosystem restoration.

Green Adz is a market research institute in Hamburg. They survey customers of companies at every digital touchpoint of their customer experience. With every survey, a donation of trees is offered to a reforestation project of the recognized environmental organization WeForest.
