As part of a strategic realignment, T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH is moving to Deutsche Telekom AG (DTAG) with immediate effect. As a result, T-Systems MMS will also be given a new name and will now operate under Deutsche Telekom MMS GmbH.

This shift moves Telekom MMS closer to Telekom Deutschland's medium-sized business customers in particular. This will enable it to better support the group in its goal of becoming the "Leading Digital Telco". The strategic focus of Telekom MMS remains the same: Advancing digitization in Germany as a leading digital experience service provider. This is a commitment to the company's end-to-end expertise and strengthens its further strategic development.

With around 2,200 digital experts at nine locations in Germany, Telekom MMS continues to contribute its expertise to the development and implementation of digital strategies for its customers. Both the focus of the portfolio and the services provided remain unchanged and will be further expanded in line with the strategy. This move will have no further impact on staff or customers.
