Future-proof web presence standardization due to Adobe Experience Manager

T-Systems MMS enthusiastically took on the task of coordinating and structuring the automotive group's digital structures, which had grown over time. To this end, T-Systems MMS first transferred the existing platforms for the BMW Group's various brands into a homogeneous system. Then, as digital service provider for the automotive group, we developed a modern concept for a uniform and powerful web presence and a comprehensive service from a single source based on Adobe Experience Manager.

    The task for T-Systems MMS was to consolidate all BMW Group brands onto a future-proof web platform, and to adapt workflows and processes in line with the times.

    All-round service from a single source

    UIn order to harmonize technologies and processes, the first step was to transfer the previous systems and operational responsibility to a digital service provider. Based on the Adobe Experience Manager content management system, new features and components as well as the front end were designed and developed. In addition, T-Systems MMS developed a scalable and high-performance platform based on Amazon Web Service technology. Comprehensive test automation and a fully automated deployment and release process ensure consistent quality. This holistic approach means that DevOps is not just a word, but has been filled with content in a sustainable manner.
