As a pioneer in e-government at the state and municipal level, the state of North Rhine-Westphalia is expanding its administrative services with a new level of expansion. According to the requirements of the Online Access Act (OZG), d-NRW and T-Systems MMS developed a serviceportal that enables applications to be electronically recorded and submitted to the authorities without media breaks. The service portal.NRW is the reference architecture for the gradual integration of various specialist applications. It starts with an initial offer of selected digitized services. In this way, user experiences can be gathered, which are taken into account in the further development of the portal and services.
Further development of an existing service portal for the media-free offering of online administrative services according to the OZG.
Interoperable, scalable platform based on an open source reference architecture with pre-configured, reusable and customizable components.
The platform can be gradually equipped with further digital offerings. Citizens can find information on administrative services and the competent authorities.
